Fruit tartlets: shortbread tart filled with pastry cream and fresh fruit
Coconut cream tartlets: shortbread tart brushed with chocolate and filled with coconut pastry cream and topped with whipped cream and toasted coconut
Lemon raspberry tartlets:shortbread tart filled with lemon curd and fresh raspberries
Mini banana cream tartlets: shortbread tart brushed with chocolate and filled with fresh bananas and pastry cream and topped with whipped cream
Chocolate caramel tartlets:chocolate crumb crust topped with caramel and fleur de sel.
Mini-Cheesecakes :$12/dozen (minimum 2 dozen).
Certain flavors may carry an additional charge.

Nut meringue wafers sandwiched with a crunchy praline buttercream
French Macaroons :$12/dozen
Almond meringues sandwiched with various fillings including ganache, jam, or buttercream
Mini Whoopie Pies$11/dozen
Mini devil’s food cookie sandwiched with vanilla cream and drizzled with chocolate
Bite-Sized Bread Puddings :$12/dozen
Choose from classic made with brioche bread or decadent chocolate
Homemade Oreo Cookies :$11/dozen
Chocolate cookies sandwiched with vanilla cream filling and drizzled with chocolate.
Decorated sugar cookies :$1.25-$5 each
Depending on size and design of cookie. Can also be individually wrapped for party favors.
Individual panna cottas :$2 each
Coconut panna cotta topped with mango geleé
Chocolate panna cotta topped with raspberry geleé
Buttermilk vanilla panna cotta topped with blueberry geleé
Olive oil panna cotta topped with a strawberry balsamic geleé
Mini-Éclairs :$1.50 each
Chocolate mousse or pastry cream-filled éclairs iced with dark chocolate
Opera Torte :$1.50 each (minimum 2 dozen)
Layers of espresso-soaked almond sponge cake filled with coffee buttercream and topped with chocolate ganache
Basic Petit Fours starting at : $18/dozen for basic decoration
Two layers of almond, yellow, red velvet or chocolate cake sandwiched with a buttercream and jam filling and glazed with a fondant icing. (Red velvet has a cream cheese buttercream filling)
Sushi Petit Fours :$1.50/each
Yellow or green tea sponge cake rolled to look like sushi with a buttercream and fresh fruit filling and wrapped in modeling chocolate made to look like seaweed
Tray of Assorted Mini Butter Cookies :$18 tray
